Instructions

• Print out the template on white (or colored) paper
• Paint and decorate the template pieces first, then....
• Cut out the template pieces
• Glue the pieces (see template) onto your TP roll, or
• Paint the toilet paper roll
• Attach the head (and other body parts) with glue
