As simple as that all sounds, the uses of this craft are never-ending. Your bat takes on a life of it's own as a finger puppet, candy holder, table decoration, napkin holder, party favor... the list goes on and on.
Start by gathering all the materials you need, then find a quiet spot for your kids to work. The kitchen or dining room table is fine! There's nothing fancy about this easy craft idea. I promise, it's as easy as 1-2-3. Which, by the way, is exactly how many steps there are in completing this craft. Seriously!

Supplies Needed for this Craft
- toilet paper roll
- construction paper
- crayons, markers, pens, paints
- a printer
- our template
Instructions1. Cut a strip of black construction paper the length and width of the toilet paper roll and staple it to the toilet paper roll.
2. Using our template, color the body pieces, then cut out the bat's wings, head, and legs from the construction paper.
3. Glue the body parts on to the toilet paper roll and then decide how you'll use your new bat craft.
