Supplies
- Empty plastic soft drink bottles (one liter size works best)
- Scissors
- Puff Paints (check out our recipe)
- Cotton swabs (Q-tips) or paint brushes
Instructions
- Rinse out plastic soft drink bottle
- Using scissors, cut the bottle in half (adult assistance required)
- Decorate using puff paints
- Let dry
