Great Plastic Bag Crafts Help You Go Green!
 The idea is super simple. Here's what you'll need:
Paint your toilet paper roll any color that you want. We chose red, our favorite color! While you let the paint dry, use your scissors to cut the plastic bag in half. Now, if the paint has dried, use your scissors again to make two slits on both sides of the toilet paper roll. Take the plastic bag and thread it through the slits. Arrange the bag so the it opens up to look like wings. Using a hole puncher, make two holes at the top of the toilet paper roll. Pull a pipe cleaner through the hole, bend to fasten. Repeat for the second hole. Using a marker, draw two eyes and a BIG smile on the face of the butterfly. Now decorate the wings with all kinds of stickers!
