Ready to get started? Let's take a look at what you'll need:
Materials
- One white paper plate
- One pink craft foam sheet
- One white pipe cleaner
- Black and pink markers
- Yellow yarn
- Two pink mini rubber bands
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Glue
Instructions:
Cut a paper plate in half. Take one half and join the cut ends together to form a cone shape. Staple ends together.
Cut a small circle from the craft foam for the angel's face. Cut short pieces of yellow yarn for the hair (we made our angel with bangs and two braids).
We fastened our braids with two mini rubber bands. Draw eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks on to your face. Glue to the top of your cone.
From the second half of your paper plate cut 2 large triangles for the wings, and two smaller triangles for the arms. Glue and staple in place. (Check our picture for reference).
Cut two small circles from the craft foam (these will be the angel's hands) and glue to the bottom of her arms.
Take the white pipe cleaner and form a halo by twisting one half of the stick into a circle. Attach to the back of the head.
That's it! You should have a cute little angel!
