This is the perfect easy craft idea for kids and can be used in so many ways. It can be the basis for a unique puppet show or assist in making a bedtime story all the more interesting.

Kids naturally gravitate to puppets. Even the shyest kids can find their voice when aided by a puppet. So grab a lunch bag and some crayons and we'll take care of the rest!

Let's just take a peek at the finished craft!

    Paper Bag Puppets Skit Ideas

Now that you've made our paper bag puppets sheep, you might need some easy puppet scripts for your first puppet show. Well, we've got a super easy idea for about performing "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep"?

I've chose to feature Saley Mavor's "Pocketful of Posies: A Treasury of Nursery Rhymes" because it is so much more than just another collection of nursery rhymes. The book's unique illustrations (made from fabric and embroidery) serve as a testament to the importance of crafting. While we are dedicated to recycled materials in crafts, Ms. Mavor uses sewing techniques, and combines natural materials with fabric to create her one-of-a-kind pictures.

Reading to your child from this book will provide so many wonderful memories. It will encourage creativity and provide inspiration. And seriously, I don't know who I'm recommending this book or your kids.

No, I do know....I'm recommending the purchase of this book for both! The million dollar question is, "Who will enjoy it more?" I'm not making any bets on this one.

    Enjoy this read!
