Child Christmas Crafts
Lighting the Way with Luminarias
Luminarias light the way for child Christmas crafts during the holiday season. Traditionally, luminarias are simply paper bags filled with sand and a small tea light. Placed along a walkway, they light the way to your doorstep and greet your guests with a special glow.
Using a bit of imagination, you can get even the youngest children involved in making Christmas lanterns. We've included three different ideas: one using construction paper, another needs milk cartons, and the third (for older children) requires a tin can.
No matter which luminaria you choose to make, you'll be encouraging your child's creativity through easy child crafts.
Have a Happy Holiday!
