A shoe box, or any box with a lid
Cut the paper to match the size of the box. The purpose of this craft is two-fold. First, each child is encouraged to decorate his own box making it uniquely personal. Second, the box will hold his own supplies. You'll be teaching your children to be responsible for their own materials...PLUS, they will then be able to access those supplies whenever the "craft bug bites."
