A pillowcase or other material

Fabric paints

Scissors

Felt or fabric scraps

Glue

Velcro strips

Broomstick

Instructions

Decide on a theme for your flag

Paint on the fabric with fabric paints, or

Glue cutouts from felt or fabric scraps

Glue velcro to the edge of the pillowcase

Glue velcro to the broomstick
